Co-Founder & Instructor
Brooke is passionate about building community and creating spaces where people have the freedom to explore what it means to EMBODY their highest self. She is a 500 RYT certified yoga teacher, reiki master, sound healer, and owner of Embody Through Yoga Studio. Victoria Fawcette
Instructor - Vinyasa Flow, Restorative, Gentle Yoga
Victoria took her first yoga class at a community college 10 years ago and fell in love. Shortly thereafter she began to teach and continued to deepen her knowledge of yoga through practice and training. With 700 hours of training, her approach to teaching cultivates a space where everyone can practice while also challenging themselves. Victoria is certified in Vini, Vinyasa, and Prenatal

Anand Karta Singh (Ivan Lopez)
Instructor - Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga
Anand Karta Singh is a 500hr RYT who teaches hatha, restorative, yin, and Kundalini yoga. He is also a certified reiki and sound healer. Yoga to him is life and has embodied his transition to his current existence. It has taught him so many things that have helped him to be a better version of himself. To teach others on this beautiful practice is humbling and gracious. He truly believes yoga can help bring everyone to connect in both mind and body.

Yuki Reel
Instructor - Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Yoga
Yuki been actively practicing yoga early in her adult life. After spending time in retreat with Ram Dass, she decided to begin her 200 hr. teacher training certificate on Maui in 2020. In 2022 she received her 500 hr. training certificate in Los Angeles. Her teaching approach includes a traditional yoga practice based on Ashtanga yoga and Dharma yoga practice. She feels yoga can serve to increase our appreciation of the interconnectivity of us all.

Krystal Dorn has been practicing yoga since 2014. She discovered a deep passion for the asana movement, meditations & the relaxation it brought to her after busy, active, and stressful days. She is 500 RYT and is ready to share her knowledge of yoga and the body with her students through her love of connection.

Lauren is committed to bringing love & light to all of those around her through more than 10 years of healing studies in Yoga, Sound, Reiki healing, and movement. As a dedicated yogi and holistic healer, she strive to create wholeness within mind, body, & spirit. With a 200 hr teacher training certificate from CorePower, she brings a unique fusion of movement and sound to guide you through your practice.

Instructor - Vinyasa Flow
Jeanne began her yoga journey five years ago, seeking a way to move and strengthen her body after knee surgery. She was inspired by her teachers and the way yoga made her feel—both physically and emotionally—which led her to pursue teacher training. She is passionate about deepening her understanding of yoga philosophy and aims to create a supportive environment where her students can explore and grow in their practice.

From a young age, Erin has been fascinated by diverse cultures and the human mind. Her journey into performing arts led her to yoga and Eastern philosophies, which broadened her perspective on life and creativity. In her teaching, she integrates breathwork and mindfulness, whether in a slow-paced practice or a dynamic vinyasa flow. She emphasizes breath as a tool for calming the mind and prioritizes alignment to help students deepen their practice while minimizing injury risk. -
Nashua Mena
Instructor - Vinyasa Flow, Gentle yoga
Nashua began practicing yoga in 2014, seeking a deeper connection to life. She completed her 200-hour certification at Miami Life Center, studying traditional Ashtanga yoga under Kino MacGregor and Tim Feldman. With a background in dance and choreography, she brings fluidity and movement into her vinyasa flow classes while integrating key yoga principles to create an accessible and balanced practice. Inspired by the teachings of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, she encourages her students with the mantra: “Practice, and all is coming.” -
Daniil Petrov
Instructor - Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Yoga
Daniil has been practicing yoga for over a decade, drawn first to its spiritual and meditative aspects before embracing the physical practice. He integrates a scientific approach to his yoga classes and ensures a safe environment with his First Aid/CPR/AED certification. With meditation at the core of his teaching, Daniil blends mindfulness and movement, offering a balanced practice that supports both physical and inner growth. -

Born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, Melissa currently reside in the Valley area. She believes in expansion, growth, and is always inspired by her love of travel and exploration. The greatest journey she has embarked on is the journey within. This path has led her to the power of Meditation, Yoga, Reiki & Sound Healing.
