Brooke Radding

Brooke is a yoga studio owner, 500hr RYT yoga teacher, tarot reader, reiki master, sound healer, certified Akashic Records reader, and published author based out of Los Angeles, CA. She is passionate about creating spaces for people to have the freedom to embody their highest selves and believes in the power of joy, intention, and community. All of Brooke’s offerings are centered around making safe spaces for people to radically accept themselves exactly as they are and empower them to listen to their own intuition. She has taught thousands of hours of yoga and sound healing and is a Yoga Alliance certified, 500hr RYT teacher. She teaches Tarot reading workshops and has offered readings at multiple events in the Los Angeles area, alongside providing readings and reiki healings, both 1-on-1 and in a group setting, to clients every week.

Yoga Studio Owner

Brooke opened Embody Through Yoga Studio in October of 2021. The community offerings are centered around wellness and acceptance of every student who walks in the door. Every teacher has been trained to lead a sound bath meditation at the end of each class during shavasana, there are weekly sound bath meditations, community events, trainings, and various healing sessions offered.

500hr RYT Yoga Teacher

Brooke has taught thousands of hours of yoga, not only in her own studio, but all around LA. Her classes are focused on radical acceptance and shifting our internal narrative to one that is empowering and supportive. With her background as a dancer, not only are her classes spiritual, but they are alignment based and focused on what is the best for each individual body.

Sound Healer

Brooke leads sound bath meditations weekly. Her sound baths are infused with hands-on reiki healing and oracle card pulls for each participant. Her set up includes a 38'‘ gong, 7 quartz crystal singing bowls, an ocean drum, swing chimes, and koshi chimes. Each session begins with intention setting, guided meditation and breathwork.

Tarot REader & Reiki Master

Brooke has been reading Tarot for many years, is a certified reiki master and Akashic Records reader. Her readings are focused on guiding people to connect to their own intuition and leave feeling a sense of trust and peace. She teaches workshops on Tarot for beginners and leads Reiki 1 trainings to certify new healers. She believes that we all already have the answers we are seeking inside of us, it is just about learning to listen to our own inner guidance.

Brooke published her first book this year called Embody Through Tarot. The book is a guide for Tarot beginners to start their journey with Tarot, learn how to connect to their intuition, and create a daily Tarot practice. The book is available for purchase on Amazon!
