Restorative Yoga

It uses bolster pillows and blankets to support the body in poses held for 3 to 10 minutes, paired with soothing breathing techniques. This class helps relax the nervous system and gently opens the body. It is suitable for all levels!
Gentle Yoga Flow
This class is suitable for everyone, especially beginners! Gentle Flow combines Vinyasa Flow and Restorative Yoga with slow movements and long stretches. It's calming and relaxing, focusing on sound healing and breathwork to support meditation. All levels can join!
