Our Energizing Morning Flow is a Vinyasa flow style class. Vinyasa flow is a dynamic style of yoga that connects movement with the breath. The class is designed to create heat in the body, building muscle and also connecting your mind and your body. This class is the perfect way to start your day with intention and movement. We use sequences that include sun salutations, stretches, seated and standing poses, and end with a short meditation. Each class varies with different music, themes, and movement. All levels welcome!
