He experiences improvisation as a spiritual practice that can link cosmic expression with individual healing.

Arjun Bruggeman, world percussionist, drummer, composer and session recording artist, is highly acclaimed for his unique hybrid of East-meets-West rhythms. He brings two decades of experience as a practitioner of Eastern and Western spiritual lineages to his playing, along with 16 years' touring as a tabla player with Krishna Das. He's collaborated with artists including David Darling, Belinda Carlisle, Robert Bly, and Coleman Barks and he's currently at work on an album with The Doors' drummer, John Densmore.
