By checking this box, you agree to allow Embody Through LLC to execute your request. If you are requesting a membership cancellation you have verified that you are in the last month of your membership and have completed the terms of your contract. You understand that all contracts products and services are non-refundable. If you are requesting deletion of your account, you will lose access to all Embody Though LLC services, all history of the services taken, and your information will be removed from Mindbody as it relates to Embody Through Yoga Studio.
