Water bottle
Relaxing clothes
What to expect:
You will be guided into a state of deep meditation
You will experience waves of sound that will wash over you
You may feel tingling or vibrations in your body
You may feel emotions coming up and releasing
You may feel a sense of peace, relaxation, and well-being
After the sound bath:
You may feel relaxed and refreshed
You may feel more centered and grounded
You may feel more open and connected to yourself and others
