Join us for a Full Moon Sound Bath Meditation—an acoustic healing journey that deeply relaxes the body and mind, clears subconscious clutter, and fosters a sense of calm. Full moons represent a time of culmination, clarity, and heightened emotions. It's an opportunity to activate your body's natural healing systems and release energetic blockages under the potent influence of the full moon.

To ensure your comfort, bring your yoga mats, cozy blankets, and anything else you need to fully relax.

During the session, let the soothing sounds guide your mind into a state of relaxation, potentially shifting your energy and leaving you feeling aligned with the full moon's energy. It's a chance to immerse yourself in tranquility and emerge feeling refreshed under the gentle glow of the moon.

The March Full Moon, known as the Worm Moon, signifies renewal, awakening, and transformation. This moon marks the transition from winter to spring, symbolizing the thawing of the earth and the return of life as worms begin to emerge from the soil, signaling the start of a new growing season. Spiritually, the Worm Moon invites us to shed the remnants of the past, embrace change, and step into new beginnings with clarity and purpose. Join her for a journey of sound and stillness, where you can unwind, reset, and tune into your highest self.

What to bring:

  • A yoga mat or blanket to lie on

  • A pillow

  • Eye mask (optional)

  • Water bottle

  • Relaxing clothes

  • You will be guided into a state of deep meditation
