Join us for a Full Moon Sound Bath Meditation—an acoustic healing journey that deeply relaxes the body and mind, clears subconscious clutter, and fosters a sense of calm. Full moons represent a time of culmination, clarity, and heightened emotions. It's an opportunity to activate your body's natural healing systems and release energetic blockages under the potent influence of the full moon.

To ensure your comfort, bring your yoga mats, cozy blankets, and anything else you need to fully relax.

During the session, let the soothing sounds guide your mind into a state of relaxation, potentially shifting your energy and leaving you feeling aligned with the full moon's energy. It's a chance to immerse yourself in tranquility and emerge feeling refreshed under the gentle glow of the moon.

The November Full Moon is known as the Beaver Moon, symbolizing preparation, perseverance, and grounding. Traditionally, this moon marked the time when beavers became more active in building their dams and preparing for winter. In a spiritual context, the Beaver Moon encourages us to reflect on our goals, lay foundations for the future, and consider what we need to release to move forward with stability. During this sound bath meditation, let the soothing tones guide you inward, grounding your energy and fostering clarity as we prepare for the slower, introspective winter months ahead.

What to bring:

  • A yoga mat or blanket to lie on

  • A pillow

  • Eye mask (optional)

  • Water bottle

  • Relaxing clothes
