We invite you to join us for a free New Moon Ceremony, a time to connect with yourself and the universe, and set intentions for the upcoming lunar cycle. The new moon symbolizes new beginnings, making it a perfect time to reflect on what you want to manifest in your life. During the ceremony, we will guide you through a series of exercises to help you tap into your inner wisdom and set clear intentions for the future.
We encourage you to dress comfortably and bring your journals, crystals, and anything else you would like to contribute to our altar. Our altar will serve as a physical representation of our collective intentions, and we invite you to add any symbols or objects that are meaningful to you. Under the new moon, we will create a sacred space for self-discovery and growth, and we invite you to join us on this journey.
Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to this practice, this New Moon Ceremony is open to all who seek to deepen their connection to themselves and the world around them. Sylvia has been a member of the Embody Through Community since our beginnings and hosts free events to help bring the community together. She will be hosting monthly meetings to help bring the community together and provide a safe and connected place where everyone feels welcome.
Brooke is an experienced reiki master, yoga teacher, and sound healer who is passionate about creating spaces for people to embody their highest self. She believes in the power of joy, intention, and community, and strives to bring the energy to every student who comes into her studio.
